Stella Mae Floe, age 82, of Huron, died Sunday, May 22, 2016, at Country View Estates. Her funeral service was held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, May 26th, at the Living Hope Alliance Church. Burial was in the Ideal Cemetery.
Stella Mae Decker was born May 2, 1934, to John K. and Ann D. (Hofer) Decker at Huron. She attended school at Huron.
On September 5, 1959, Stella was united in marriage to Easton Harvey Floe at Huron. They had one son, Matthew John and one daughter, Brenda.
Stella worked at St. John's Hospital and Huron Regional Medical center for over 30 years as a nurse's aide. She enjoyed baking and helped raise her three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Easton on November 15, 2007; one sister and her husband, Phoebe and Howard Potter; and two nephews, Harland Potter and Arlin Decker.
Grateful for having shared her life are her son and his wife, John and Sharon Floe of Olivehurst, California, her daughter, Brenda Morales of Lane; three grandchildren and their spouses, Michael and Brandi Morales of Grand Junction, Colorado, Tyann and Jamie Eldeen of Mitchell, and Keesha and Ben Hord of Grand Junction, Colorado; five great-grandchildren, Kaylee Wilson, Jordyn Wilson, Avery Eldeen, Layknn Eldeen and Alex Morales; one brother and his wife, Harold and Thelma Decker of Huron; and one sister, Beulah Decker of Huron.
