Obituary

Serena Kay Everett passed away April 15, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and quiet strength that touched all who knew her. She was deeply loved by family and friends, and her presence brought comfort, warmth, and understanding to every life she entered.

Serena’s love for her family was unconditional and unwavering. She gave of herself freely, always putting others before her own needs, and created a foundation of care and compassion that will continue to live on in those she cherished most.

Known for her grace and forgiveness, Serena approached life with a gentle spirit and an open heart. She had a rare gift for listening—truly listening—making others feel seen, heard, and valued. Her kindness was not loud, but it was powerful and enduring.

Above all, Serena loved God and stood firm in her faith. Her belief guided her life, shaped her character, and gave her strength through both joyful and challenging times. She lived her faith daily, offering a quiet example of devotion and trust.

Serena is survived by her husband of 57 years, Ray Everett; her sons, Lance Everett and Shawn Amsberry (Jannie); her daughter, Christina Ramminger (Mike); her grandchildren, Anthony, Jessica, Mikayla and Brooke; as well as her many great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Roger (Kazuko), Dennis (Rita) and Alan.

Serena’s memory will be forever held close by those who loved her. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit, her faith, and her love will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
