Sandra Bendt-Aguilar, age 79, of Huron, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2020, at Avantara-Huron.

As per her request, she will be cremated and there will be a family service held at a later date.

Sandra was born January 14, 1941, to James and Loraine (McMann) Wilch.

She worked as a cashier in the gaming industry in California and Texas. Sandra moved to Huron, South Dakota in 2016, to be closer to her sister, Judy.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Dewey Aquilar; and her three sons, Larry, Jamie and Jesse Bendt.

Sandra is survived by her sister, Judy Lotsberg of Huron; one granddaughter, Melanie; and one grandson, Dylan.
