Paul Massett Jr, 57, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Avera Queen of Peace in Mitchell, SD.

His services will be private.

Paul Massett Jr. was born to Paul Massett and Dorothy Ellen Mawory on June 22, 1967 in Montana, where he grew up. In 2020, he moved to South Dakota, where he would spend the rest of his life.

He was a member of the U.S. Army for a number of years, and was a proud trucker for eleven years. He especially enjoyed convoys, and they were a source of pride for him. He also enjoyed video games, was an avid participant in politics, but especially enjoyed spending time with his grandkids.

Paul is survived by his children, Dustin Havens, David Massett, Tyler Roberts, Tristan Cripps, Raymond Carothers, and Sierra (AJ) Turner; grandchildren Rayna and Dean Carothers, and Ava Turner; as well as a cousin Margie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter Reba Carothers.
