Nadine "Deanie" Schorn, age 70, of Wolsey, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022, at her home.

A celebration of her life was held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 11th, at the family home at 234 Cardinal Street, Wolsey.

Nadine "Deanie" Ann Schorn was born July 4, 1951, to Edward and Elaine (Ravenscroft) Fritzsche. She was raised on the farm near Wessington. In 1969, Nadine graduated from high school. She continued her education to receive an associate's degree in business. Nadine worked as an Administration Assistant at AT&T for 30 years.

Nadine loved her family, enjoyed working in her garden and was her own food network star. Nadine always had a smile on her face and was ready for any and all celebrations. Nadine was known as a heart of gold and tough as nails.

Grateful to have shared in her life are her three children, John (Inga) Schorn, Michael (Amy) Schorn and Christy (fiancé, Craig Feaster) Schorn; four grandchildren, Mason, Isabelle, Savannah and Aidan Schorn; five siblings, Sharon (Jeff) Wuestewald, Karen (Bruce) Clarke, Roger (Jane) Fritzsche, Doug (friend, Sandy Holt) Fritzsche and Brenda (Matt) Munson; and many nieces, nephews, great-niece, great-nephews, and one great-great-niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Paula in infancy and Marylin Wilcox; and one sister-in-law, Janet Fritzsche.
