Obituary

Loretta Nadine Tillery, age 86, of Wessington Springs, passed away Monday, May 14, 2018, at the Weskota Manor in Wessington Springs. Her funeral service was held at 3:00 PM, Friday, May 18th, at the Foothills Bible Fellowship Church in Wessington Springs. Burial was in the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis.
Loretta Nadine Lawver was born April 11, 1932, to Jake and Laura Lawver in Gann Valley, South Dakota. She graduated from Wessington Springs High School.
She was united in marriage to Leon A. Tillery. From 1950 to 1976 they resided in Rapid City, South Dakota. To this union three children were born, Danny, Darrell and Shirley. In 1976, the Tillery family returned to Wessington Springs.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon; three infant sisters; granddaughter, Christina Youngerman; grandson, Micheal Youngerman; and grandson-in-law, Jamie Schaeffer.
Loretta is survived by her three children and their spouses, Danny and Jayne Tillery of Fort Worth, Texas, Darrell and Brenda Tillery of Mesa, Arizona and Shirley Youngerman of Ball Ground, Georgia; and one sister and her husband, Irma and Ellis Randall of Salt Lake City, Utah. She will also be dearly missed by her six grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
