Joyce Henson, age 61, of Huron, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024, at the Huron Regional Medical Center.

Her funeral service was held 10:30 AM, Thursday, February 8 at the Kuhler Funeral Home. Her service was live-streamed .

Her visitation was held from 10:00 to 10:30 AM, Thursday at the funeral home.

Joyce Henson was born November 25, 1962, along with her twin sister, Janet, to Lester and Edna Myrtle (Case) Henson at Byron, Illinois.

Joyce was a member of the Huron Center for Independence. She loved going out to lunch with her sisters, getting her nails done and listening to music. She enjoyed ringing the bells for the Salvation Army for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Darrell and Dalcom Henson; and two nephews, Scott Roberts and Shawn Bolton.

Grateful for having shared in her life are her sisters, Donna (Hank) Hulst of Huron, Sandy (Chuck) Lahey of Durand, Illinois, Rita (Danny) Bolton of Fairhope, Alabama and Barbara Gibson of Largo, Florida; her twin sister, Janet Henson of Huron; as well as several nieces and nephews.
