Jerry Goodall of Sioux Falls, passed away at his home on September 30, 2023. Jerry was 70 years old.

A graveside service was held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, October 7, at Riverside Cemetery, Huron.

Jerry was born on January 4, 1953, to Lloyd and Thelma (Schuetzle) Goodall.  Jerry grew up in Huron, and graduated from Huron High School in 1971.  He attended South Dakota State University for a short time.  Jerry had a very low draft number, so he enlisted in the United States Air Force.  He served for 4 years.  He continued his education at Dunwoody College and Technology specializing in HVAC. Jerry made has home in Minneapolis, Minnesota and worked for Unisys for many years.

Jerry decided he would move closer to home and made the journey to Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  While making his home in Sioux Falls, he worked for O'Connor Company in the HVAC world, the Washington Pavilion, Rural Water Company and many more. After retiring early, Jerry enjoyed doing volunteer work for the City of Sioux Falls and surrounding areas.

Jerry was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, Lloyd; his mother, Thelma; and his brother, Rodney.

Grateful for sharing in his life are his sister; Cheryl Goodall, of Sioux Falls; his sister-in-law, Linda Goodall of Dahlonega, Georgia; his nephews, Jared and Maria Goodall and their children, Paul Jackson "PJ", Drew Rodney, and Matthew and Marlene and their children, Brayden Cole and Henry Louis; as well as many cousins and many acquaintances.
