Gary L. Graff, age 73, of Huron, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the Huron Regional Medical Center, with his family by his side.

His Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10:30 AM, Thursday, October 20, at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish. A time of fellowship and lunch followed the Mass. Burial with military honors will be held at 12:45 PM in the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.  Gary's service was live-streamed. 

Visitation was from 1:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday, October 19, at the Kuhler Funeral Home, with a Vigil service at 6:30 PM. His family was present from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Wednesday evening.  Gary's vigil was live-streamed.

Gary was born June 2, 1949, in Huron, SD, to Leslie and Florence (Roth) Graff. Gary was the second eldest child of five. He graduated from Huron High School in 1967, and later joined the United States Air Force. Gary worked at North Western Public Service for 32 years, and then followed his true passion for woodworking and he started up his own business Classic Woodworks. Gary's woodworking skills were limitless. Gary was a hard-working man and you could always find him working on new projects at all hours of the day. He was a very giving man and was always thankful for those in his life.

Gary is survived by his siblings, Linda (Bob) Peterson, Richard Graff, Mike Graff, and Janet Graff; his nieces and nephews, Valarie Berg, Les (Leslie) Graff, Richard Jr. (Lisa) Graff and Kristie Kahre; and many dear friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents and nephew-in-law, Chad Kahre.
