Dorothy Jean Krog, 88, of Redfield South Dakota, was born August 29, 1936, to John and Martha Krueger at Wessington Springs, South Dakota. She passed away November 22, 2024, at Farmington, New Mexico at her daughter's home.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Ruth, Esther, Edna, Marcella, Betty, Jeannette and Shirley; her brothers, Donald, Raymond, Leland and Robert; and her son, Gerald Krog.

Dorothy is survived by her son, Roger Krog of Sioux Falls South Dakota; her daughter, Barbara (Joe) Archuleta of Farmington New Mexico; her grandchildren, Victor, Joel, Timothy and Ashley Archuleta of Farmington New Mexico; her great-grandchildren, Alijah, Larrisa,Talia, Ophilia and Maddax; and many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was a faithful member of Aberdeen Seventh Day Adventist Church, and enjoyed telling people about Jesus. She enjoyed playing her auto harp and playing at local nursing homes in Redfield and Huron areas with her friends, Dan and Karlan, for many years.

Her memorial service will be held in the Spring of 2025.
