Dennis Pawlovich age 65, of Huron, passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020, at his home.

As per his request, a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Dennis Ray Pawlovich was born July 20, 1954, to Nathan and Mary (Martinmaas) Pawlovich at Huron. He grew up in Miller.

Denny attended the Brown Institute in Minnesota, where he studied radio broadcasting. After graduation from there, he worked as radio personality at Preston, Minnesota, then at WNAX at Yankton for a few years. He then worked in radio at Nashville, Tennessee, for the next 25 years.

In 2002, Denny moved back to Huron and worked at various jobs. His last employment was with Runnings, where he was a department manager for 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Donna Sterrett.

Grateful for having shared in his life are his life partner, Deb Hart of Huron; three sisters, Carol (Tom) Kunzweiller of Byron, Minnesota, Roberta (Roland) Sterrett of Huron and Janice (Ronny) Parmely of Brookings; one brother, Kenneth (Sally) Pawlovich of Huron; and numerous nieces and nephews.
