David North, age 71, of Huron, died Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at the Violet Tschetter Memorial Home. His graveside service was held at 2:00 PM, Friday, June 17th at the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
David Faris North was born May 24, 1945, to Lloyd and Mary (Davison) North at Huron. He attended school at Huron and at the Redfield State School. David worked at the Redfield State Hospital and at Bradfield Leary Center. He appreciated the help and support he had received through the years from Community Counseling Services, Bradfield Leary Center, and the Violet Tschetter Memorial Home.
David enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
David is survived by his two brothers, Leslie (Wanda) North of Huron and Thomas North of Hot Springs; one niece Kelly (John) Rogers of Huron, one great niece, Niah Shay Rogers; one great nephew, Joshua (Corttany) Luckett; one great-great nephew, Nolan; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
