Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Daniel Alan Koonce, November 4, 1964 - July 21, 2020.
Daniel was a graduate of Huron High School in the class of 1983. Immediately upon graduation, he began serving his country in the US Air Force. After a 24 year career that took him to many countries, he retired and returned to Huron, SD.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara J. Koonce of Huron; brother, David Koonce of Ellicott City, MD; and son, Alan Koonce of Boise, ID.
Due to COVID restrictions, Daniel's family has decided not to have a funeral service at this time.
Daniel will be interred in the Black Hills National Cemetery at Sturgis, South Dakota, at a later date.
