John David Wuestewald was born September 22, 1968, in Canton, South Dakota. On April 23, 1972, he was adopted by Louie and Joan Wuestewald. John attended school in Huron and graduated from Huron High School in 1986. While living in Huron, he attended the Mt. Olivet Church and then the First United Methodist Church. He gave his life to the Lord and was baptized in the 8th grade. In 1991, he found his biological parents along with two brothers and six sisters. John loved to travel and moved to Sioux Falls in 1994. While in Sioux Falls, he was employed at Wal-Mart. He enjoyed life to its fullest and had a big impact on his many friends and family with a sense of humor like no other. He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Louie and Joan Wuestewald, one aunt, Valeria Kleinsasser; one uncle, Gaylord Gross; one grandmother, Barbra Gross; and one niece, Ericka Erickson. Grateful for having shared in his life are his biological parents, George and Marla Herrmann of Sibley, Iowa; six sisters, Sheila (Pamela) Koerselman of Sioux Falls, Darcy (Pat) Waldner of Sioux Falls, Tasha (Doyle) Bos of Sibley, Iowa, Shondra (Ryan) Rozeboom of Sibley, Iowa, Sheila (Shannon) Nagel of George, Iowa and Londa (Anthony) Herrmann of Sibley, Iowa; two brothers, Aaron (Lisa) Herrmann of George, Iowa and Tim (Mindy) Herrmann of Sibley, Iowa; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. |
