My thoughts and prayers go out to the Martin family, especially Jon, Elaine, and girls. They were a part of St. Martin School and I taught both of the girls. Sincerely, Cathie Johnson Kathy, Dick and family: So sorry to hear about your mom. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Bruce & Marley Lemon My deepest sympathies to the Martin Family. I have so many fond memories of Jean, and I hope that those memories will comfort you now! Amanda (Decker) Roberts & Family Our prayers and thoughts are with you all today. Remembering your mom as a happy go luck lady, always with a beautiful smile. Love, Bill and Mary Tyrrell Coughllin Brian, Sang Ju and the Martin family – I am sorry to hear of your mother’s death. May her passing be honored as a life well lived with a wonderful family as her awesome legacy. Please know that you have our deepest sympathy. Irene, Suk Jo and Daniel Lee To the family of Jean Martin and especially, Betty Bergstrom, I got to know Jean when she worked at the Beadle County Treasurer’s office with me. She was just the nicest woman to work with. She was always so cheery and positive and so very friendly. After I moved to Sioux Falls, I ran into her only occasionally and she was always just as happy and cheerful as ever. It was a real pleasure to have known her. You all have my sympathy. She was one of the best and I know you will all miss her. Sally Brondsema I remember working with Jean when I was a board member for the Huron Symphony. She was friendly and helpful and was a dedicated worker who really helped support the symphony. Frank Palleria To the Jean Martin family: My thoughts and prayers are with you today. Your mom was always a happy person. Your mom and mine were best friends and they were in the neighborhood coffee group together for years. I lost my mom 2 days before your mom passed away so we can mourn together. Love, Donna Alter To Jean's family: What a great lady. I enjoyed working with her in many ways while we lived in Huron. Whatever she put her heart and mind to, was done in a beautiful way. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. - Al & Bonnie Hawks Kathy, I just wanted to convey my sympathy to you and your family in the death of your Mom. Your Mom touched many lives. May your tears of sadness turn to tears of happiness and you have many happy memories. Joan Culver
