Dorsey Mae Boulter Engman was born December 29, 1936, in Mandan, North Dakota to Henry and Eva (Reko) Boulter. She graduated from Mandan High School in 1955 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy, where she became a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Her travels included assignments in Japan and Alaska. When visiting her sister Mary in Colorado Springs, Colorado, she met James Engman. They were married October 22, 1960. James was in the U.S. Air Force and they lived in various locations including Germany. She was a member of the Huron Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Jim, of Mitchell; her children, Kevin (Shawn) Boulter, of Watertown, Wisconsin, Keith (Melissa) Engman, of Liberty Hill, Texas, Karen (Manuel) Bravo, of Hagerstown, Maryland, and Kirk Engman, of Mitchell; seven grandchildren, Jennifer Boulter, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Joshua Boulter, of Hohensels, Germany, Amanda Engman, of Liberty Hill, Texas, Matthew Engman, of San Marcos, Texas, Christopher Quick, of Pharr, Texas, and Michelle Bravo and Nathan Bravo, both of Hagerstown, Maryland; two great-grandchildren, Gabrielle Schneider-Wallk and Adrianna Boulter, both of Hohensels, Germany; and one sister, Marilyn (Charles) Griffith, of Rawlins, Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Hazel Wagy, and two brothers, Roger and Donald Boulter.
