Dennis L. Wahl, age 53, of Huron, died Sunday, May 17, 2009, at the Hennepin County Burn Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His funeral service was at 10 AM Saturday, May 23, 2009, at Kuhler Funeral Home with Major Patricia Johnson officiating. Burial was in the Restlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Dennis Lee Wahl was born June 12, 1955, in Huron to Cecil “Pete” and Iva (Schinderling) Wahl. He received his education in Huron and Redfield. Dennis had lived in Huron since the late 1990s. He liked to work with electronics and enjoyed playing games with his boys and family.
He is survived by his sons, Denny and Derek of Huron; his sister, Dorothy (Robert) Parker of Letcher; three brothers, Dale Wahl of Huron, Daniel Wahl of Huron, and Robert Wahl of Sioux Falls; his former wife, Nicole Classen of Huron; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Cecil and Donald Wahl.
